On April 12th, the Town of Hartwick Comprehensive Planning Committee formally submitted its final proposed draft of the comprehensive plan to the Town Board. This version of the Comprehensive Plan takes into account public comments received during the public hearing held on March 4th and written comments submitted during the review period. Comments and responses are also summarized in a Responsiveness Summary. Prior to the official adoption of the Comprehensive Plan by the Town Board, the Board will hold an additional public hearing. A notice of the public hearing will be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the town at least ten calendar days in advance of the hearing date (which has yet to be established). In addition to being available on-line, the comprehensive plan and related documents will also be available at the office of the town clerk, planning board, and at Kinney Memorial Library.
