Duties:

Members of the Assessment Board of Review are appointed for alternating five-year terms. Prior to serving, attendance at training sessions is mandated.

The Assessment Board of Review meets on Grievance Day to hear complaints relating to assessments. Grievance forms and related instructions are available after the tentative roll is filed and can be obtained from the Assessor's Office, the Town Clerk or at www.orps.state.ny.us/

 

Grievance Day: 4th Tuesday of May.
